Delivery charges
Delivery charges are automatically calculated by our site, according to the following scale:
- Order < 80 € : flat rate 20 €
- Order 80 € and + : free
Preparation
Your order is prepared as soon as we receive your payment.
Bottles and bag-in-boxes are packaged:
- in reinforced cardboard boxes for small quantities,
- in standard boxes on filmed pallets for large quantities.
Routing and delivery time
Your order is entrusted to a specialized carrier that we have selected for its seriousness and reliability. It relies on various regional operators to ensure the delivery of your order to the delivery address you have indicated.
Pick-ups take place every two or three days. Any validated order whose payment has been registered will therefore be shipped within two or three days. Depending on the volume of the order, the delivery time is generally one week. Depending on the volume and the day of your order, its delivery time will be from 1 week minimum to 2 weeks maximum (after receipt of payment).
Delivery address
When ordering, you can specify the delivery address of your choice. Please indicate all the necessary details (building, codes, floors, etc.).
Important: we can only deliver for the moment in metropolitan France.
Reception of your order
Upon receipt of your order, take the time to make sure that it is in good condition and, if necessary, make any reservations with the carrier, and notify us. This step is essential to enable us to intervene in case of incident.
